Seasonally, we’ll launch a Virtual 4-Week Group Challenge with a specific training goal. You can live anywhere in the world and still be a part of a community of Gals Who Run for added accountability and motivation. Once you register, you’ll receive instant access to the training schedule, a quick reference training guide as well as an invitation to join a private FaceBook group. Once the challenge begins, your coaches will be in the FaceBook group daily, sharing workout reminders and additional insight and instruction.
